如果你的履歷上寫著「經驗2年以下」，最近可能已經感受到市場的寒意。根據人力顧問公司 Challenger, Gray & Christmas 的月度報告，AI裁員已經連續好幾個月蟬聯「裁員理由」排行榜冠軍；市場追蹤機構統計，2026年至今超過20萬名員工的離職公告直接點名AI或自動化是主因，佔全年裁員案例的一半以上。

AI裁員的重災區：新鮮人與基層

這波AI裁員最明顯的受害者不是資深工程師，而是剛畢業的新人。多份調查顯示，超過兩成企業已經凍結入門職缺招募，另外一成多打算年底前跟進；等到2027年，可能有將近一半的公司會直接取消新鮮人職缺。美國22到25歲軟體工程師的就業人數，比高峰期下滑近兩成，26歲以上的資深工程師卻反而成長6%到12%——AI寫程式碼的能力越強，企業就越沒理由花錢訓練新人。

Oracle、Amazon、IBM都在列

具體案例不少：Oracle今年裁掉約3萬人，Amazon有超過1.6萬個倉儲物流職位被AI機器人取代，IBM也用AI工具換掉7,800個職位。這些公司的公告裡，「AI轉型」幾乎是標準措辭，也讓AI裁員這個詞越來越常出現在新聞標題。

但身為每天測試工具的人，我得說一句掃興的話：不是每筆「AI裁員」都是真的因為AI效率提升。分析師也提醒，經濟放緩、升息後的人力成本壓力、疫情期間過度擴編的修正，全都被包裝進同一份「AI轉型」新聞稿裡——講AI裁員，某種程度上也是比「我們當初雇太多人」體面得多的公關說法。

對求職者的實際建議：與其糾結AI會不會搶走工作，不如檢查自己的工作內容有多少是「可被AI流程化」的重複性任務。如果答案是大部分，那不管公司有沒有真的導入AI，你的職缺遲早會被重新檢討。

Who's Actually Getting Cut

The people hit hardest by these AI layoffs aren't senior engineers — they're new grads. Surveys show 21% of companies have already frozen entry-level hiring because of AI, with another 15% planning to by year-end; by 2027, nearly half expect to eliminate entry-level hiring altogether. Employment for U.S. software developers aged 22-25 has dropped nearly 20% from its 2022 peak, while developers over 26 actually grew 6-12% in the same period. The better AI gets at writing code, the less reason companies have to train juniors.

Oracle, Amazon, IBM All Made the List

The examples are concrete: Oracle cut roughly 30,000 jobs this year, Amazon eliminated over 16,000 warehouse and logistics roles to AI-driven robotics, and IBM replaced 7,800 positions with AI tools. "AI transformation" has become standard language in these announcements — and a big reason AI layoffs keep making headlines.

Honestly: How Much Is Just Spin?

As someone who tests tools for a living, here's the unglamorous truth: not every AI layoff is really about AI efficiency gains. Analysts note that economic slowdowns, post-rate-hike cost pressure, and correcting pandemic-era overhiring all get bundled into the same "AI transformation" press release — blaming AI is simply a more presentable line than "we overhired."

The practical takeaway for job seekers: instead of worrying whether AI will take your job, audit how much of your actual work is repetitive and "AI-automatable." If the answer is most of it, your role is at risk regardless of whether your employer has truly deployed AI or is just riding the narrative.
