「AI 產出的內容到底能不能排上 Google?」這大概是 2026 年所有內容創作者最關心的問題。我花了三個月時間,用不同的 AI 寫作工具產出內容,然後追蹤它們在 Google 搜尋結果的表現。以下是實測結果。
測試方法
我選了 10 個中等競爭度的長尾關鍵字,分別用以下工具產出文章:
- ChatGPT(GPT-4o)直接生成

結果分析
最佳表現:人工 + AI 輔助(平均排名前 15)
不意外,人寫核心內容、AI 輔助潤稿和結構優化的文章表現最好。Google 的排名演算法越來越重視 E-E-A-T(經驗、專業、權威、可信度),純 AI 生成的內容在「經驗」這一項天生吃虧。
第二名:SurferSEO + AI(平均排名前 25)
SurferSEO 的優勢在於它會分析排名靠前的競爭頁面,然後指導 AI 生成符合 SEO 最佳實踐的內容。關鍵字密度、標題結構、內容長度都經過優化。
中等表現:Jasper AI(平均排名 20-40)

較差表現:純 ChatGPT / Claude 直接生成(平均排名 30-50+)

關鍵發現

"Can AI-generated content actually rank on Google?" This is probably the most pressing question for content creators in 2026. I spent three months producing content with different AI writing tools and tracking their performance in Google search results. Here are the findings.
Testing Methodology
I selected 10 medium-competition long-tail keywords and produced articles using these tools:
- ChatGPT (GPT-4o) direct generation
- Claude 3.5 direct generation
- Jasper AI (dedicated SEO writing tool)
- SurferSEO + AI generation
- Human-written + AI-assisted editing
All articles were published on subdomains with equivalent authority, and rankings were tracked over 90 days.
Results Analysis
Best performer: Human + AI assist (average rank top 15)
No surprise — articles with human-written core content and AI-assisted polish and structure optimization performed best. Google's ranking algorithm increasingly values E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness), and pure AI content inherently struggles with the "Experience" component.
Second place: SurferSEO + AI (average rank top 25)
SurferSEO's advantage is analyzing top-ranking competitor pages and guiding AI to generate content following SEO best practices. Keyword density, heading structure, and content length are all optimized.
Mid-range: Jasper AI (average rank 20-40)
Jasper's SEO templates are useful, but the output tends to be formulaic and lacks unique perspectives. Underperforms on higher-competition keywords.
Lower performers: Pure ChatGPT / Claude direct generation (average rank 30-50+)
Direct generation from general AI models produces acceptable quality but lacks targeted optimization. Common issues include overly uniform paragraph structure, repetitive phrasing, and absence of specific data or personal experience.
Key Findings
- Google does not penalize AI content, but it does penalize low-quality content — and pure AI generation easily falls into the low-quality trap
- Unique first-hand experience is the biggest advantage AI cannot replicate
- SEO-specific tools (SurferSEO, Clearscope) combined with AI far outperform using AI alone
- Internal linking and domain authority matter more than the content itself
Recommended Strategy
The most effective approach: Use AI for research and first drafts, then add personal experience and unique perspectives manually, optimize structure and keywords with SEO tools, and do a final human review.
Kit's verdict: AI is a powerful SEO assistant, but not a replacement. Think you can do SEO on autopilot with AI? You will be outranked by competitors who genuinely invest in quality content.
